HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery usually takes 2–8 business days. For international orders, please allow extra time for customs clearance.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, contact our support team at pulzyshop@outlook.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date (excluding customer errors in shipping info), contact us for a full refund.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Occasionally, some locations may have restrictions or higher shipping times, in which case we will notify you immediately.

WHY WAS I CHARGED IN USD?

All transactions are processed in USD. Prices may display in your local currency, but your payment will be charged in USD.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ITEMS INTO ONE PACKAGE?

Since our warehouses are in different locations, multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive them at different times, but rest assured all items will reach you.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CHOSE THE WRONG SIZE/VARIANT. CAN I CHANGE IT?
