Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return process straightforward.

Unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return request, simply email pulzyshop@outlook.com with your order information.

After the returned item has been inspected, approved refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days.

Items showing signs of misuse or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
